When attending Class, please remember to wear lose fighting clothes you prefer to work out in and bring a bottle of water.

No specific training gear is required initially for wing chun, but eventually you may want to purchase MMA style gloves, shin guards, and a mouth guard if you would like to engage in heavy sparring.
